JOINT BASE ELMENDORF-RICHARDSON, Alaska — Alaska Air National Guardsmen of the 176th Wing assisted a U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service officer Feb. 8 at Beluga Lake about 60 miles west of Anchorage.
